90-day guarantee

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid, with no justification required.

Right of withdrawal

In addition to the guarantee, buyers in the EU/EEA have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, as handled by Digistore24 as reseller.

How to request a refund

• Reply to the purchase confirmation email sent by Digistore24 and ask for a refund; or
• Open a request directly with Digistore24 support, quoting your order number; or
• Write to Journey@readingsdelivered.live and we will forward your request.

Processing time

Refunds are processed by Digistore24.com back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling access

Once a refund is issued, access to the members area ends and any downloaded material must no longer be used.
